Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resources, Behavioral Science or any related field or its equivalent
At least 5 years experience in Training, Learning and Development.
Has considerable experience in development and execution of behavioral and character development training, facilitation of adult learning, and partnering with functional/department heads.
Experience in semiconductor/electronic industry is an advantage.
Service oriented & customer focused.
Excellent communication skills.
With advanced skills as trainer and facilitator for behavioral training.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Exceptional in record-keeping and time management.
Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Flexible, adaptable and accommodating.
