Responsibilities:
  • Develop the assigned concept business, create new customers, and promote company products by understanding the market, recognizing business opportunities, and developing a good network in the market to increase market share.
  • Introduce, promote, and sell assigned products to new and existing customers by conducting regular visits and gathering market intelligence to achieve budget deliverables in value, volume, and gross margins.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key customers by building excellent rapport across hierarchies and providing compelling value propositions to increase market share.
  • Develop and strengthen customer relationships through regular visits, responding to sales and technical inquiries, and providing suitable coating specifications to secure sustainable market share and promote company as a preferred supplier of high-quality paints and services.
  • Manage sales and profitability at a customer level by continually monitoring and reporting performance to ensure that annual sales, profitability, and cost targets are achieved.
  • Build multi-level and multi-functional relationships at all key accounts.

Qualifications
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
  • Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or account management roles within construction or paint industry.
  • Willingness to travel nationwide and across country for trainings and meetings.
