QUALIFICATIONS
A. JOB SPECIFICATIONS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field
2. At least 1 year work experience in sales and/or marketing
3. Familiarity with sales process, IT/Software
4. Familiarity with Solution Selling, Sales Process, and Enterprise Selling
5. Knowledge in Sales tools/ CRM (e.g. Salesforce, Pipeline or Zoho)
6. Knowledge in leads generation and account planning
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skill
8. Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
9. Highly proficient in MS Office applications
10. Has the ability to work in all levels of the organization
11. Organization skills
12. Time/Prioritization Management
13. Strong Problem Solving skills
14. Persuasion skills
15. Has the capacity to build good relations with different customers
16. Has proven track record of achieving departmental KPIs
17. Willing to travel locally to meet with clients.
