Position Details: Operations Manager, Planning and Project Management Office (PMO)

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate of Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Economics or equivalent

• Minimum of 6 years professional experience with exposure to e-commerce / retail / industrial / operations / engineering projects

• Track record of successful project implementation and project portfolio coordination is required

• Track record of managing a company’s operational planning activities (manpower, equipment, consumables, etc.)

• Strong communication abilities, especially in simplifying and explaining complex concepts

• Entrepreneurial drive, strong project management experience and analytical skills

• Highly capable of handling multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet short deadlines

• Strong data analysis skills and high proficiency in MS Excel

• Versatile and Adaptive: Can work with different functions and quickly adjust to changes in his/her environment

• Leader and Team-player: Can assume leadership roles and be a team member

• Structured Problem-solver and Data-Driven: Thinks through issues with structure and uses data to create an optimized solution

• Reliable and Independent: Has a track record in delivering outcomes and results, through own initiative with minimal direction

• Resilient and Fast-learner: Knows how to manage setbacks and has a continuous learning and improvement mindset

• Willing to travel (pending ease of travel restrictions)

• Willing to be assigned to MCX E-Commerce Center, Muntinlupa City

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Project Management (PMP / Prince2) certification is a plus

• Lean Sigma certification is a plus

• Background in technology projects is a plus

• Background in construction/infrastructure, specifically warehouse projects is a plus

• Knowledge in python, Tableau is a plus
