Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
5+ years of proven working experience in employee engagement, rewards, and recognition program, compensation and benefits, career development programs.
Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
People Oriented and results driven.
Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
Knowledge of HR systems and database.
Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Excellent verbal communication
Ability to multi-task and prioritize with organizational and time management skills.
