Position Details: Software Tester

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):

• BS in computer science, engineering or IT relevant field.

• Adequate knowledge and experience working with tools involved in test administration and defect management, such as TestRail, SharePoint and On-Time

• SQL experience

• Adept at Quality assurance and control best practices and processes

• Technologically savvy and curious

• Automation and unit testing experience is a must to perform effectively in this role

• AGILE oriented QA experience

• Bottom-up API test plan creation

• Top-down UI level test plan creation

• Fuzz testing

• Test case styled test script creation/framework

• Proven analytical and democratic skills Essential

• Experience in testing back-office, CRM and ERP systems

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED):

• Experience in software development from inception to release

• Knowledgeable in scripting for unit testing all releases and pre-releases

• Comfortable with dynamically changing test scenarios

• Comfortable with coding simple tools for automating mundane tasks

• Experience in test automation and knowledge of testing tools, mostly SOAP/Ready API

• Proactive, methodical and purposeful
