Must have 1-2 years' experience in ALL FACETS OF ACCOUNTING
With ACTIVE PRC LICENSE
Manage obligations to suppliers, customers head office.
Process bank deposits and withdrawals.
Reconcile financial expense and bank transactions.
Prepare & send invoices.
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments.
Submit tax forms in coordination with tax dept. and Auditor.
Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets.
