Qualifications & Experience:
Experienced in handling customer claims & complaints (experienced in QA)
Technical expertise in Automotive and Air Conditioning work
Can easily deal with different types of customers, and can communicate well
Engineering graduate, and with at least 5 years' experience in handling warranty job
Experience from car dealers is an advantage
With managerial level of experience is also an advantage
