Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s / College Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least three to five (3-5) years of working experience as Supervisor in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skills(s): Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Timekeeping & Occupational Safety and Facilities Administration
Preferably from manufacturing industry
With excellent problem solving and decision making skills
With high degree of integrity and ability to keep things in confidence.
Must be able to lead, provide strategic directions and tactical guidance to Management and HR team.
