JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - Graduate/Bachelor’s Degree in BS/AB Psychology, Human Resources Management, BS
Administration, Management and other related/equivalent courses
- At least five (5) years of work-related experience in HR & Admin functions and procedures
- Strong background in supervising recruitment, performance management, disciplinary
procedures, organizational development (strategies & policymaking/review), training &
development, employee engagements/events and office administration
- Strong connection with headhunters/agencies/other hiring portal & resources
- With background in IT industry and office fit-out an advantage
- Good oral and written communication skills and can coordinate effectively
- With a high regard in confidentiality & integrity
- Organize, keen into detail, dependable, trustworthy and can work with minimum
supervision
