  • Bachelor's degree in any course.
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service
  • Background in SAP ERP System operation
  • Adept in Word and Excel Spreadsheet like Pivot and Vlookup
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Effective collaboration and Relationship Management Skills

Job Summary:

  • Provide backlog analysis and ensure accuracy of data provided to the Customer Service and/or Finance team for the forecasting process.
  • Liaise with stakeholders (customers, sales managers, purchasing units, and logistic personnel) to meet and exceed expectations.
  • Process sales orders in a timely manner including reviewing and checking orders according to established department policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate with projects/sales coordinators to ensure that the documents are followed according to the contract.
  • Handle and resolve queries raised by Customers, Sales Managers, and/or the Finance Department.
