Position Details: Customer Service Specialist
- Bachelor's degree in any course.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Customer Service
- Background in SAP ERP System operation
- Adept in Word and Excel Spreadsheet like Pivot and Vlookup
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Effective collaboration and Relationship Management Skills
- Provide backlog analysis and ensure accuracy of data provided to the Customer Service and/or Finance team for the forecasting process.
- Liaise with stakeholders (customers, sales managers, purchasing units, and logistic personnel) to meet and exceed expectations.
- Process sales orders in a timely manner including reviewing and checking orders according to established department policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with projects/sales coordinators to ensure that the documents are followed according to the contract.
- Handle and resolve queries raised by Customers, Sales Managers, and/or the Finance Department.
