Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related educational field is preferred;
Knowledge and experience incorporating ADDIE
Proficient and knowledgeable in SCORM and/or AICC; xAPI is a distinct advantage
Expertise in HTML5/CSS/JavaScript and basic Web Design Principles; experience in mobile app development is a plus
Experience with UX/UI Development and Design desired;
Experience developing web-based courses; experience in deploying micro-learning is a distinct advantage
Experience in creating real-time, context-sensitive training content is a distinct advantage
