Job Description

The Business Development Manager is expected to be ambitious and energetic in supporting the company expand its clientele. The BDM is the front of the company and will perform a highly dedicated and effective sales strategy for the financial growth and boost of sales while maintaining strong relationships with clients. As an individual contributor, the BDM will often reach across all areas of the business.

What you'll do:

  • Sell the value proposition of the company's services through our Subscription packages for the target market. These would be the key measurement metrics for performance in this role.

  • Determine further subscription sales growth opportunities by mapping out the total project conversions (number of accounts and revenue).

  • Contribute to the growth of the company network through regular collaborations with the Product team.

  • Engage with customers regularly and establish trust with them.

  • Serve as the voice of customers in providing input to the Product Team.

  • Provide help in planning sales & marketing campaigns

  • Meet with clients/partners face to face to promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

Other Details:

  • This is Fixed Term Employment and will be open for permanent employment in the near future

  • Monthly Incentives for qualified and closed deals

  • Dayshift, Mondays to Fridays, Regular work hours.

  • With Travel, Meal and Communication allowance


  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

  • More than 3 Years of working experience of relevant business development or sales experience in technology, innovation, or digital.

  • Preferably Supervisor/3 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - IT Software, SAAS and/or Direct Selling

  • Added advantage in industry experiences from CCTV, Alarm System, Intrusion Detection Systems, Access Control, Security, Artificia Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT / AIoT)

  • Have an interest in process innovation to achieve efficiency and effectiveness of sales practices.

  • Have strong analytical skills and proficiency in spreadsheets & CRM tools.

  • Have strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

  • Critical thinker and a hustler - this is key to succeeding in the company.

  • Strong team player and excited to work in a startup environment

  • Proficient in written and spoken English.

  • Passionate about the company's mission to help fix the long waiting lines in Southeast Asia.

  • Experiences handling projects in South East Asia countries, Middle East and Australia
