Qualification Required


Education: Bachelor’s degree/ Masters on Marketing or any related field


Work Experience: 3 years or more, preferably Fintech Industry. The Candidate with a Project Management certification is an advantage but not required. Must have exposure to Sales.


Skills/certifications: The Team Lead should be able to improve, cultivate and mentor all of his/her direct reports. S/He should be able to develop a successor. S/He should be highly organized and can work under pressure and render overtime, when needed. A leader and a doer at the same time will definitely be needed given that the Team to be handled are majority new while tenured the employees needs much guidance. All deliverables should be reviewed by the Team Lead. Nothing should be released without careful review. Form new and uphold old strategies for the betterment of the company and the product to meet our Sales objectives. They conduct research, evaluate product demand, establish pricing strategies, identify a target audience, and determine the best way to reach that audience. They may also participate in package design, develop advertising campaigns, and choose media outlets, such as television, radio, Internet, billboards, or newspapers to promote their company's products. Marketing Team Leads also build brand awareness through e-mail campaigns, newsletters, contests, celebrity endorsements, and product placement in television shows and movies.


Brief Description of Duties:

  • Spearhead and assist the creation, implementation and evaluation of marketing efforts such as but not limited to promos, events, activities, PR efforts to increase users, transactions and sales

  • Manage a marketing function, overseeing the entire marketing and PR team

  • Manage all communications touchpoints such as but not limited to in-app channels, email marketing, social media, digital marketing, print media, advertising and public relations

  • Organize or join events for user activation drive and brand awareness campaigns

  • Coordinate with Chinese IT/technology team for in-app developments or requests

  • Propose and manage marketing budget

  • Lead market research activities

  • Offer creative insights and proof-read marketing collaterals

  • Ensure adherence to brand guidelines

  • Source suppliers and coordinate on the production of all marketing collaterals

  • Prepare monthly and weekly reports

  • Perform other related duties that may be assigned from time to time

  • Overall leadership responsibility:

  • Shall take the responsibility and lead the Sales and Marketing KPI targets

  • Shall lead the overall direction of the Sales Team on which industry, location, market and the like to tap and close merchants/partners.

  • Shall monitor all projects and closable of the Sales Team.

  • Shall guide, lead, mentor and coach her direct reports accordingly.

  • Shall oversee all Marketing and Sales deliverables.
