Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree course in I.T., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management or any computer related course.
At least 2-3 years of Automation experience
Proven & Demonstrable experience with WebAPI
Strong Web Service and API Testing knowledge

The Integration team is searching for an experienced “Operational Support Engineer” to become part of the Integration Team - which produces the powerful desktop products & tools that are used daily by our client base, to access our tools directly in Microsoft Office.
The successful candidate will have strong technical problem solving skills, which together with their verbal/written communication skills will allow them to serve as a key link between clients, our global customer support teams and the main software development team.
The candidate will use expert analytical skills to troubleshoot, debug, and verify client reported issues, and provide corrective recommendations/solutions to the engineering development team.
