Will manage recruitment team management - sourcing manager, recruitment ops manager, onboarding manager
Strategic and operational execution on building adaptive systems to grow from hiring 100+ a month to 1000+ a month
Is data-driven in approach with knowledge of the best platforms to source specific candidates from while optimizing acquisition cost to stay within budget
Keep track of recruiting metrics
Position requirements:
Current and relevant experience working for the US Staffing firm; must be currently working with Multiple clients and industries (IT, Engineering, Scientific, Admin professional, etc.)
Over 5 Years in Management/Leadership roles
Must have over 10 years (minimum) of experience in US Staffing operation and hiring
Must have managed high-performing teams
Have extensive experience managing the recruitment funnels for BPOs
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
