The Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for working with the Global Business Intelligence team in order to provide and coordinate reports, insight and analysis for various client and internal projects. Responsible for implementing reporting solutions to the end-user, reviewing change requests, auditing requirements for new reports and formulating strategies. This is a combination of hands-on report creation along with supervisory duties, and it will require excellent organizational and communication skills.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1-3 years of management experience
Project management experience
Have an intimate knowledge of Customer Operations Performance Center and/or Six Sigma through training or experience
Knowledge of Content Management System, IEX, and other call center applications along with call center reporting experience
