Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Relevant experience is an advantage but not required
Advanced knowledge in MS Office application especially in Power point
Internet research abilities and above average communication skills
Has an ability to show initiative and take responsibility
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Can handle multitasking and required minimum supervision
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Can work under pressure
Performs administrative and office support activities for multiple supervisors and departments such as (but not limited to) fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, filing, etc.
Writes and distributes email, correspondence memos, letters, and forms.
Develops and maintains a filing system, both electronic and physical.
Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports; prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
Responsible for solving inconsistencies between different activities of the company; liaises with managers and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from executives.
Maintains office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.
Coordinates and schedules travels, meetings and appointments for managers or executives.
Maintains a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash.
Ensures the smooth flow of the company’s daily business operations.
Updates and maintains office policies and procedures; assists in the implementation of HR-related tasks
Performs other related work as may be assigned from time to time.
