Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
- Administer medications to patients and monitor patients for reactions or side effects.
- Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
- Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
- Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans
- Coordinate with the Safety Officer/Pollution Control Officer and EHS committee for matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Registered Nurse
- At least six (6) months working experience of the same capacity or background.
- Must be knowledgeable on the principles of business and management
- Must demonstrate skills on problem solving decision making and judgement, critical thinking, time management, active listening, verbal and written communication.
- Must be knowledgeable on patient care and first aid procedures
