Position Details: Recruitment Supervisor

  • Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
  • Promote employer branding and improve candidate experience.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
  • Provide training and mentorship to recruitment team members.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in recruitment within Paper Industry, Diaper Industry, FMCG nonfood is acceptable.
