Position: System Support EngineerLocation: Chino Roces, Makati
Schedule: Mondays to Friday; 9am to 7pm
Set-up: Onsite

• Proven experience in IT monitoring
• In-depth knowledge of monitoring tools and technologies.
• Familiarity with IT security principles and incident response procedures.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with JIRA to manage the projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English.
