Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, Business or any related field.
1-3 years experience
Self-motivated, with initiative and a team player.
Organized and disciplined in terms of time and task management.
Familiarity of Microsoft Office tools especially PowerPoint and Excel. Basic video and photo editing is a plus.
Ability to deliver effective training in face to face or online format.

Job Description:
Conduct product, skills, or process training for office and field staff, and other external training as required.
Assist training supervisor in developing training programs and materials thru research, PowerPoint making, content development, videos/photos, layout, or any other support needed.
Prepare spiels for field staff use during new product launch, sales and promotions, and other events.
Prepare training progress report and end of training result per training.
Conduct knowledge, skills, and standards audits for office & field staff nationwide, depending on area assignment, as required.
Assist training supervisor in creating assessment/audit requirements such as memo creation, audit forms development, audit schedule and targets, or any other support needed
