Job Qualifications:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, Business or any related field.
  • 1-3 years experience
  • Self-motivated, with initiative and a team player.
  • Organized and disciplined in terms of time and task management.
  • Familiarity of Microsoft Office tools especially PowerPoint and Excel. Basic video and photo editing is a plus.
  • Ability to deliver effective training in face to face or online format.
  • With pleasing personality.

Job Description:
  • Conduct product, skills, or process training for office and field staff, and other external training as required.
  • Assist training supervisor in developing training programs and materials thru research, PowerPoint making, content development, videos/photos, layout, or any other support needed.
  • Prepare spiels for field staff use during new product launch, sales and promotions, and other events.
  • Prepare training progress report and end of training result per training.
  • Conduct knowledge, skills, and standards audits for office & field staff nationwide, depending on area assignment, as required.
  • Assist training supervisor in creating assessment/audit requirements such as memo creation, audit forms development, audit schedule and targets, or any other support needed
  • Audit progress report and end of audit report per audit
  • All other reports as required
