You will play a crucial role in ensuring the stability, reliability, and efficiency of the organization’s IT systems. This position involves actively participating in system maintenance, troubleshooting, and implementing improvements to enhance overall system performance. Your expertise will be integral to the seamless operation of critical IT services within the company.
Core Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of PC troubleshooting.
- In-depth knowledge of network troubleshooting.
- In-depth understanding of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, databases, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of linux, windows and docker operation.
- Familiarity with JIRA to manage the projects.
- Familiarity with git tools such as gitlab, github, etc.
- Familiarity with camera know-how and settings.
- Familiarity with how to do live streaming.
- Familiarity with the functionality of cloud such as VPC, RDS, SLB, S3 and Logs..etc.
- Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure management.
- Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments.
- Experience with database backup and recovery procedures.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Fluency in Chinese communication is highly preferred.
