Builds and executes social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and audience identification that aligns with the brands or any social media accounts;
Manages and optimizes company pages in each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social media content;
Works closely with the multimedia artist to align with the content strategies and plans;
Curates’ digital assets for the company social media accounts and communities that builds meaningful connections and encourages users or community members to take action;
Formulates high-quality and captivating caption/copies for each social media accounts specifically during campaigns;
Responds to comments and direct messages on our accounts to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement in the groups, in page comments, and direct messages;
Schedules content posting across all social media platforms assigned;
Updates video ID list from posted videos in company TikTok accounts for TikTok support registration;
Continuously improve social media accounts’ visibility and sales conversion through videos by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on data to align with company objectives;
Leads the community management of Facebook Group;
Ensures daily checking of influencer and company accounts and passwords for security purposes;
Assists the team in influencer campaign outreach and completion of database whenever needed;
Collaborates with other departments and management for proper alignment;
Prepares reports that are relevant to the social media accounts and groups assigned;
Accomplishes relevant tasks assigned by the management;
Align with the company’s mission, vision, goals, and policies in all aspects.
