Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise, guide, train, and make sure the Sales Engineers achieve their goals and targets.
- Perform technical selling.
- Maintain, improve existing customer relationships while building new ones.
- Plan and oversee product/brand targets to make sure we reach or exceed projected numbers of assigned principal partner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Electrical/Electronics and Communications engineering or any business related field of study.
- Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience or exposure in sales.
- Computer literate.
- Must be willing to work in extended hours and do field works.
- Preferably with driving skills and license with 1 and 2 restriction code.
