Oversee the IT infrastructure (hardware, software, and networks) across the site
Manage the IT Service Desk and spearhead its buildout by troubleshooting employee issues related to their devices and software while constantly expanding our solutions knowledge base and looking for ways to automate.
Support IT operations for the main site (Makati), warehouse locations (Paranaque and Laguna) and across the organization
Stay updated on the latest developments and tools that the company and clients use
Maintain the security of our systems and infrastructure
Track hardware inventory and maintain the functionality of all company devices
Setup, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware or software
Manage credentials during employee on-boarding and off-boarding
Ensure the security and integrity of company data by identifying and implementing industry-standard cyber security measures
Aid our Operations team on projects such as building out the Service Desk and knowledge base, identifying and implementing an MDM, deploying enterprise level antivirus software, and optimizing our IT processes
And other general administrative tasks as deemed necessary.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/college degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree.
Candidate should have at least 1-4 years of experience in an IT Specialist, IT Administrator, or similar role.
Strong knowledge in maintaining and troubleshooting devices (Windows and Mac)
Experience in creating process documents from the ground up to improve overall knowledge in IT within a company is a plus
Ability to communicate in English, both written & oral is required.
Must have a positive outlook and a professional attitude
Must have a logical and diligent approach to all tasks
Must have keen attention to details
Must be able to work in a fast-paced working environment
