Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
- Promote employer branding and improve candidate experience.
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
- Provide training and mentorship to recruitment team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in recruitment within Paper Industry, Diaper Industry, FMCG nonfood is acceptable.
