Recruitment, Lead and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
Familiar with the recruitment channel, good relationship with local recruitment agencies.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors.
Provide training and mentorship to recruitment team members.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 3 years or above in recruitment within Paper Industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. or at least 5 years or above FMCG non-food is acceptable.
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
