Qualifications:
- Graduate of any four (4) year course preferably Business Administration or Marketing
- Preferably with about 5 years working experience in the Sales Industry (preferably Export Sales)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Willing to do occasional field work
- Willing to work in Ortigas area
- Must be able to multi-task
Job Description Overview:
- Manage sales and marketing related communications for international shipments
- Should be effectively able to coordinate instructions to and from the customer
- Must be able to produce sales, marketing and shipment effective summaries for analysis
- Promoting the company's brand and products to the market.
- Ensuring that the sales team meets their target sales.
- Ensure market developments and opportunities (or maintenance) are done to ensure targets are met.
- Market report summary preparation.
- Promote product innovation.
- Maintain relationships with constant and important clients by ensuring their business requirements are fulfilled.
- Summarize orders of handled customers and ensure shipment requirements are met.
- Ensure that customer instructions are communicated to the factory team.
