Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support in the development, negotiation and completion of business arrangements and requirements with brokers, cedants and/or local and overseas reinsurers.
- Conduct research on business processes and best practices to generate potential leads and business partners.
- Identify and qualify business opportunities.
- Assist in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations and/or reference materials.
- Collaborate/coordinate with different departments to ensure compliance and completion of the requirements as needed such as policy drafts, Certificate of Coverage (COC), contracts and legal documents, among others.
- Monitor declarations, premium payments, and claims-related inquiries.
- Submit accurate and timely reports and performance updates per line of business or partnership.
- Establish and strengthen valued business relationship with affinity partners, brokers, cedants, existing customers and potential clients.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in non-life insurance
- Knowledgeable with affinity programs and digital sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and planning skills
- Detail-oriented
