Description:
Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electronics/ Electrical/ Mechatronics and other related Engineering courses.
- Must have a minimum of 5 years or more related working experience in equipment maintenance operations.
- With experience in handling machines composed of Air Cylinder, Single Axis Robot, Articulated Robot, PLC, Touch Panel, E- Fiber sensor, Pressure Sensor, Vacuum Pump, Thermo-couple, and Pneumatics
- With knowledge in ROBO cylinders/SCARA Robot.
- Has the ability to perform investigation of abnormality in case of machine trouble occurrence both mechanically and electrically and Implement Countermeasure
- With experience in Machine Development and with expertise in Mechanical / Electrical Design
- Have experience in Industrial Machine PLC programing and major program modification
- With ability to run, operate, maintain and check various Technical aspects of machinery and equipment.
- With Manpower Handling experience
- Have a sense of responsibility, have work initiative and able to finish operations till the end to resolved quickly and swiftly with minimal downtime.
