Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree: Preferably in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Certifications: Quality-related certifications such as Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt), ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, or other relevant quality management certifications.
- Experience Power Supplier Industry Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in quality management within the manufacturing area.
- Local Experience: Experience working in the Philippines or a similar Southeast Asian manufacturing environment can be beneficial.
Skills
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Statistical Process Control).
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino (if applicable).
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate with staff at all levels.
Knowledge
- Quality Standards: In-depth knowledge of relevant quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, PMP…).
- Regulations and Compliance: Familiarity with local and international regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Quality Control and Assurance: Oversee and manage quality control processes and assurance programs.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver quality training programs for staff.
- Reporting: Prepare and present quality reports to the management.
