Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Preferably with a Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN) credential and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Active registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience, preferably in occupational health, employee health, or related field
- Experience in providing healthcare services in an industrial or corporate setting is desirable
- Proficient in conducting health assessments, screenings, and administering vaccinations
- Knowledgeable in OSHS (Occupational Safety and Health Standard) regulations and other relevant government regulations related to workplace health and safety
- Ability to develop and implement health promotion programs and initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with employees, management, and external providers
- Competence in maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring confidentiality of employee health information
