Role and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Sales/PM regarding the awarding of new projects for the PH factory.
- Conduct reviews of new or transfer product requirements for manufacturing capability assessment through the DFx process.
- Create Production Management Plans (PMP) and Process Flow Charts (PFC) for new project pilot run references.
- Prepare all assembly and test fixture designs.
- Conduct new project pilot runs.
- Review new project pilot runs to assess manufacturability and identify possible design changes.
- Initiate, review, and approve all manufacturing documents for Mass Production (MP) readiness.
- Transfer new projects to MP.
