Position Details: Accounting Supervisor – Project Cost

Preferably with experience in the real estate (RE) industry, especially horizontal projects

We are in search of a results-driven and detail-oriented Accounting Supervisor to oversee project cost accounting activities. If you have solid experience in the real estate sector and strong financial leadership skills, we want you on our team!

Qualifications:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred

Minimum of 5 years experience in project cost accounting at a supervisory level

Background in the real estate industry, especially handling horizontal development projects (e.g. subdivisions, land development)

Ideal Candidate:

Strong grasp of project budgeting, cost monitoring, and financial reporting

Capable of leading a team and coordinating with project and operations units

Familiar with cost control systems, ERP tools, and construction project cycles
