Talent Acquisition
● Develop and execute strategic hiring plans to attract and retain top talent.
● Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including onboarding and employer
branding.
● Partner with department heads to anticipate and fulfill workforce needs.
● Track and analyze recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement in
hiring processes.
Compensation & Benefits
● Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits packages.
● Conduct market benchmarking to ensure internal equity and compliance with
labor laws.
● Manage payroll operations, incentive programs, and performance-based
rewards.
● Monitor industry trends to optimize employee retention and satisfaction.
Employee Relations
● Develop and implement policies that support a positive and compliant work
environment.
● Address employee grievances, mediate disputes, and manage disciplinary
actions.
● Ensure adherence to labor laws and internal regulations.
● Champion employee engagement, wellness, and retention initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
● Can converse in Mandarin, Tagalog and English
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
● Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the relevant HR function, with at least 3
years in a managerial or similar leadership role.
● Strong understanding of labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
● Proven ability in relevant competencies such as talent sourcing,
compensation planning, or conflict resolution.
● Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
