WE'RE HIRING: AR Billing (Cash Application) Specialist
Alabang, Muntinlupa City | Night Shift (US Hours)

Are you detail-oriented, experienced in accounts receivable, and ready to join a dynamic team? We’re looking for an AR Billing (Cash Application) Specialist who’s passionate about numbers and committed to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer payments and apply cash accurately to client accounts

• Reconcile payment discrepancies and resolve any billing issues

• Maintain and update receivables records

• Collaborate with the finance and collections team to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related business course

• At least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, with a strong background in cash processing

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets

• Must be willing to work fixed night shift (US business hours)

• Willing to work during Philippine holidays

• Must be amenable to work on-site in Alabang, Muntinlupa City when required
