WE'RE HIRING: SEO Team Supervisor
Hybrid | Alabang, Muntinlupa City | Morning Shift (AU Hours)

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Supervisor with a background in SEO to lead a results-driven team and ensure high performance across quality, efficiency, and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive team performance and achieve KPIs set by management

• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure development and well-being

• Provide strong leadership, mentoring, and promote teamwork

• Monitor compliance with company policies and operational processes

• Set and review KPIs and performance goals

• Implement corrective actions when necessary

• Ensure ongoing training and timely feedback

• Communicate effectively with Management and HR

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (undergraduates are welcome)

• 1–3 years of experience in team supervision and SEO

• Proven ability to manage within tight quality and performance standards

• Detail-oriented, positive mindset, and proactive attitude

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Amenable to work AU hours (morning shift), PH holidays, and render OT when needed

     Willing to work in a Hybrid Set-up and report on-site in Alabang
