Education: Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, Management, or Communication)
Experience: At least 1-2 years of extensive experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is generally preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for building rapport and explaining products or services effectively.
Ability to negotiate agreements and close deals.
Aptitude to identify and solve client needs and issues is an important trait.
Willingness to travel or conduct field meetings to meet clients.
Job Description
Account Management – prepare quotations and proposals to clients. Manages, monitors and coordination of marketing activities of the dealer
Collection and Management – Monitor account receivables and deductions of dealers. Monitor dealer’s payments and collect receivables. Check and balance purchase orders vs. actual deliveries.
Channel expansion – create a new account and visit prospective dealers
Report generation – generate and submission of reports on PSI, EOD, key tasks, expansion channelplans, and others on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Administrative and supervision – Monitoring of promoters’ performance/sell-out. Conduct product training for promoters. Shopfront development and expansion, display share and SKU expansion.
