- Experience: At least 1-2 years of extensive experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, including Lazada, Shopee, Tiktok Shop, and potentially newer platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are needed to collaborating with teams and managing customer inquiries.
- Experience in planning promotions, creating content, and managing campaigns is required.
- Experience in managing online store operations, including product listing, content, and inventory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle daily operations for online stores, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Create, edit, and optimize product listings with accurate description, images, and specification.
- Monitor sales performance, develop promotional mechanics, and raft content for campaigns to maximize traffic and sales.
- Work with internal team, including marketing to develop strategies and ensure content consistency across platforms.
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, best practices, and technological advancements to find opportunities for innovation and optimization.
