EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer-related / equivalent courses
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Must have Cisco Certification (CCNA)
At least one (1) year work related experience
Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges
Computer literate (MS Office)
Good written and communication skills
Can work under minimum supervision
