Good Business Analysis skills
Good C# coding experience

Experience of working with Oracle Databases.
Consulting experience an advantage
ITIL (preferably v4) IT Service Management processes.
Service Desk solutions such as SalesForce, RemedyForce, ServiceNow, JIRA or similar.
