Position Details: Technical Director

Position Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, in Computer Science or equivalent

• At least 3 year(s) of working experience as Technical Director or Team Leader

• 5+ years of full stack web development

• Prior agency experience is a plus

Knowledge / Skills / Ability:

• Experienced with very high traffic sites, on the order of a million users per day

• Adept in mobile development - Titanium, PhoneGap, Objective-C, Java

• Previous participation in TDD and BDD

• Experienced in ads and analytics: AdSense, DoubleClick, Omniture, Google Analytics

• Experienced with Wordpress, Drupal, and other open source content management platforms is a plus

• Extensive experience managing GIT (or SVN)

• Can work with JIRA, PivotalTracker, Youtrack or Mantis on a daily basis is a plus

• Familiar with HTML, CSS and jQuery and follow their evolution

• Experienced with advanced JS frameworks (Angular.js, Backbone.js, etc.) as well as CSS pre-processors (Sass, Less) and task runners (Grunt, Gulp)

• Experienced with multi-tier caching, and have worked with systems like varnish, memcache, redis, etc.

• Have worked with the Facebook platform and other popular web service APIs

• Ability to know your way around console and the command line

• Reliable, trustworthy and with level of integrity.
