Description:
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering, or Electrical Engineering major in Microelectronics. Master’s degree in the same field is an advantage
Minimum of 10 years working experience in product or test engineering with at least 8 years direct experience in semiconductor ATE testing
Experience with Advantest 93k ATE (preferred) or other similar ATE platforms such as Teradyne/Credence/LTX.
Good understanding of semiconductor test methodologies
Excellent analytical and debugging skills and the ability to proactively solve issues
Proven ability to learn and adapt to new methodologies and technologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong scripting and programming skills.
Experience using C, C++, Tcl, Perl or Python is an added advantage
Knowledge of semiconductor fundamentals and CMOS circuits
Demonstrated ability to meet schedules
