Qualification

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Business, Administration, Management, or equivalent.

  • Must have at least one (1) year background experience in purchasing (local and/ or international).

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of solid experience in logistics and inventories work.

  • Hard Skills : Proficient in MS Excel and Word

  • Good Communication Skills

  • Personal Attributes: Accurate, organized, keen to details, efficient, quick follow-through

  • Proficient in all office procedures including encoding, sorting, filing, and ordering supplies.

  • Must be willing to work at Annapolis, Greenhills, San Juan City


Duties And Responsibilites

  • Responsible to ensure smooth coordination with all the aspects of shipping, warehousing, and procurement. Make certain that all deliver items/ components must be send to where it ought to be and on time.

  • Review processes and systems, implement procedures as needed. Investigate and correct discrepancies. Primarily responsible for handling the material management that include acquisition of the material, merchandise, items, etc., and its proper distribution.

  • Ensure all inventory are properly accounted and recorded according to company policy. Maintain adequate inventory levels to meet customer demand.


Key Tasks

  • To maintain record of receipts as well as issuance of items that are going in and out of the warehouse so as to ensure accuracy and completeness.

  • To be involved in reconciliation of physical inventory with the stocks in the system.

  • To oversee that the arrangement of items has been done in an orderly system within the stock location system so that the stock can be stored easily and retrieved whenever there is a requirement.

  • To be responsible for the safety and security of the inventories.

  • To do stock taking and give a weekly inventory report (quantity of items received, dispatch, stacking number, outstanding balance, etc.) to the GM and VP-Finance.

  • To supervise the offloading process of the inventory and the subsequent arrangement of items so that it can be easily accessed and identified.

  • To ensure the correct and timely valuation of the inventory and to be involved in directing and managing procedures related to offloading, packing and unpacking.

  • To monitor the movement of stock from in and out of the warehouse.

  • To facilitate the return and replacement of all defective items that are under warranty to the principals and suppliers.

  • To efficiently coordinate and track shipments.

  • To canvass freight rates, air couriers and land couriers.

  • To arrange and facilitate the transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure that items are delivered on schedule and coordinates with the VP-Sales, GM and Sales Executives.

  • To receive, record and safe keep all returned items/ pulled out (Trade-in items, defective parts under warranty, demo units.

  • Perform other tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
