Job Description:
Responsible for prospecting, cold calling, emailing, and using various tools to identify new prospects
Responsible for qualifying potential prospects as worth or follow up or not
Responsible for identifying sales opportunities via a variety of cold prospecting techniques
Display professional communication via phone, text, and email
Call new leads derived from lists or other sources
Phone management (inbound and outbound)
Scrubbing and validating prospect information in the database
Researching and targeting prospects using a variety of sales tools
Generating leads thru cold calling to obtain key information from targeted prospects to meet the qualified lead criteria
Tracking prospects – identify decision makers, timelines, and specific qualifications and enter data accurately and consistently into the CRM or database
Making follow-up calls for their existing and potential clients
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year in a BPO setting or equivalent as a Sales Representative, Sales Associate, Lead Generation, Appointment Setter, or Telemarketer
Previous experience with B2B sales is required with SQL background
Basic knowledge of business development or outbound sales
Candidates must be amenable to work onsite and work during US timings
Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent English language skills (written and speaking)
Good time management and task management skills
Possess lead generation techniques and closing techniques
Possess telemarketing skills or had previous telemarketing experience
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Knowledgeable with MS Office applications and CRM platform
Knowledgeable in using internet and Excel spreadsheet with intermediate to advanced excel skills
Highly organized and strong attention to details
