Job Descriptions:
Shall be able to determine his/her preferred target market that will generate more business for the company, taking into consideration the services we have.
Shall develop, create and execute a Business plan which includes costings and potential revenue.
Shall coordinate with internal Departments and get their sign off for the implementation.
Shall contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings and most importantly be able to close the deal.
Shall research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
Shall increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Shall find and develop new markets and improving sales.
Shall attend conferences, meetings, and industry events, if needed.
Shall develop quotes and proposals for clients.
Shall develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Shall train personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Shall saturate designated areas to build client pipeline.
Ensure to meet the SLA and KPI (Commission and expectations)
Other Qualification(s)
Project management or Sales background (Corporate) is preferred and have an experience with ecommerce, fintech, and/or e-wallet
Able to understand the e-wallet business framework
Good communication and presentation skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good business knowledge
Great Negotiation and time management skills
Tact and diplomacy
A good grasp of numbers and the ability to write documents in a professional style
Can handle pressure and meet tight deadlines
The ability to keep objectives and goals firmly in sight
The ability to remain flexible and seek alternative options to problems and good problem-solving skills
WILLING TO DO FIELD WORK and report onsite.
