- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree course in I.T., Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management or any computer related course.
- At least 2-3 years of Automation experience
- Proven & Demonstrable experience with WebAPI
- Strong Web Service and API Testing knowledge
- Database Design skills
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Ability to set timelines and meet deadlines
- Excellent Customer relationship and interpersonal skills
- Analytical and Critical decision-making skills
- Proven ability to work with large databases
- Can work harmoniously with a team
- Can work with minimal supervision
Job Description:
- The Integration team is searching for an experienced “Operational Support Engineer” to become part of the Integration Team - which produces the powerful desktop products & tools that are used daily by our client base, to access our tools directly in Microsoft Office.
- The successful candidate will have strong technical problem solving skills, which together with their verbal/written communication skills will allow them to serve as a key link between clients, our global customer support teams and the main software development team.
- The candidate will use expert analytical skills to troubleshoot, debug, and verify client reported issues, and provide corrective recommendations/solutions to the engineering development team.
