Responsibilities:
  • Work with cross-functional teams and subject-matter experts to identify target audience’s training needs
  • State instructional and/or learner goals and create content that matches them
  • Create and modify storyboards
  • Write and edit instructional text, audio scripts, and short screenplays in English
  • Create and modify compelling, engaging, and interactive training content for a global workforce while being sensitive to cultural nuances
  • Assess and modify existing training programs to meet current instructional design and learning experience design standards
  • Create custom code and interface elements for digital media projects
  • Create custom code for applications and tools supporting digital media projects
  • Use discretion and independent judgment to evaluate complex requirements and provide instructional design recommendations and deliverables to support regional and global projects
  • Stay abreast of new and emerging instructional design, learning experience design, and adult learning theories
  • Represent the company as needed at meetings and other forums with a variety of agencies, groups, and organizations
  • Serve as point of accountability for KPIs and SLAs for learning projects, as necessary
  • Work with minimal direction to analyze and interpret findings and propose recommendations regarding training/learning content
  • Identify, adopt, and support evolving digital media technologies
  • Conduct scheduled internal team meetings and ensure documentation of meeting action items and discussion points
  • Will perform train-the-trainer, virtual training, and webinar sessions when needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years ISD and L&D experience, experience in large e-learning deployments is a plus; 3+ years’ experience preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of college/university
  • Must have excellent communication skills in English; communication skills in a foreign language is a distinct  advantage
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, or related educational field is preferred; 
  • Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology or related educational field is a distinct advantage.
