Key Responsibilities:


Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions for various positions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals).
  • Coordinate and facilitate the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks.

Onboarding:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Prepare onboarding materials, conduct orientation sessions, and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed.

Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs through employee assessments and performance evaluations.
  • Organize and lead training programs, workshops, and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Performance Management:
  • Assist in the performance appraisal process by providing support to managers and ensuring timelines are met.
  • Develop and maintain performance metrics and improvement plans for underperforming employees.

Employee Relations:
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and providing guidance on workplace issues.
  • Foster a positive work environment by promoting employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention initiatives.

Policy Implementation:
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures in line with company values and legal requirements.
  • Ensure all employees are aware of and understand company policies, procedures, and updates.

Compliance:
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations, managing compliance records and reporting as needed.
  • Conduct regular audits of HR practices to identify areas for improvement.

HR Records Management:
  • Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Generate reports and analyze workforce data to support decision-making processes.
